SIO-DN系列数控砂轮修整器安装于花键轴磨床、平面磨床和外圆磨床等机床上。第三轴为旋转轴，使修整笔处于曲线的法向，保证砂轮的修整精度。可修整渐开线齿形、圆弧和直齿等各种形状。主要用于修整成型零件的磨削砂轮。能大幅提升生产效率，提高加工精度，节约人力资源。是工具制造、机械制造等行业理想的加工设备。

Purpose of Machine Tool:

SIO-DN series CNC Grinding Wheel Dresser is an online dresser which installed on the spline shaft grinder, flat grinder or cylindrical grinding machine. The third axis keeps the finishing pen on the normal vector of curves to ensure the dressing accuracy. It can finish complicated shapes like involutes, arcs or spur gears. It is mainly used for dressing forming grinding wheel. The machine can improve the production efficiency, machining accuracy and saving the cost of human resources. It is the ideal processing machine for tool, mechanic and other manufacturing industries.
