旋耕机是由拖拉机动力输出轴驱动的耕作机具，它是利用刀轴上刀片的旋转和前进运动的复合运动对未耕地或已犁耕过的田地进行碎土作业。既适用于农田的旱耕，又适用于盐碱地浅层耕作覆盖，以抑制盐份上升，能完成灭茬除草、翻压覆盖绿肥和蔬菜田整地等作业。
    其特点是耕后地表平整，覆盖严密，工效较高，油耗较低，对土壤湿度适应范围较大，一般拖拉机能下田即可进行耕作。

Rotary tiller is driven by the tractor’s out-put shaft. During operation, the soil is crumbled by the rotating and forwarding of the blades fixed on the shaft. It also can be used as shallow tilling and covering on the stalinized soil to prevent the salt in the soil. The machine will fulfill the working of cleaning stubbles and weeds, turning and covering green fertilizer and preparing vegetable fields, etc.
   After tillage, the land surface is leveling and smooth, the cover burden is closely, working efficiency is high and oil consumption is lower.
