自动倒瓶杀菌机

    本机是为热灌装生产线后期瓶盖消毒而设计的专用设备。它是以电机减速机通过链轮带动特殊的输送链，使包装容器在输送中实现在线倒瓶，达到工艺要求的消毒时间，再自动直立，从而实现从倒瓶到杀菌再到直立的过程。根据客户的要求，可进行直道倒瓶和弯道倒瓶的设计，并可根据客户要求的生产线产量或杀菌时间进行杀菌机的特殊设计及电机功率配置。

Automatic bottle-tumbling sterilizing machine

 

This machine is the special equipment designed and manufactured for cap sterilization after hot filling. It adopts reducer motor to drive special conveyor by chain wheel to let the bottle reverse on the line. After a certain sterilization time that meets the technological requirement, the special conveyor will make the bottle upright automatically. According to customer requirement, we can make different designs to let the bottle reverse in straight conveyor or bend conveyor and carry out special design of sterilizer and motor power configuration according to customer requirement to production line capacity or sterilization time.
