    公司生产的“CR—D系列卧式车床”广泛应用于矿山设备、化工机械、纺织机械、轮胎模具、法兰生产等大型机械零部件的加工制造。该系列卧式车床具有设计合理、性能可靠、切削量大、光洁度号的特点。

    公司生产的“K11系列三爪自定心卡盘”系我公司自主研发的****产品，**号：ZL 2010 2 0130035.4。该系列产品采用平面螺纹传动结构，具有定位**，可承受较高转速和夹紧力的特点。使用该产品可大幅度提高工作效率、节约生产成本。

Brief Introduction to the company

   Qing Dao Renhexing Machine Tool Manufacturing Co.,Ltdis a specialized machine tool manufacturer integrated with scientific research、development、production and business,which is adjacent to scenic Qingdao Laoshan with Qingdao University and Qingdao Technological University as base. “CR-D series horizontal lathes” and”K11 series centering chuck” are produced by the company and Shi Feng Machine Manufacturing Co.,Ltd in German,which are with International Quality System Management Verification of ISO9001.

     The CR-D series horizontal lathes have been widely applied in many processing and manufacturing of large machnical components,such as mining equipment、chemical machinery、textile machinery、tire mold and flange production.

     K11 series centering chuck is our company’s independent research and development of national patent products with patent number ZL 2010 2 0130035.4.This series products which are produced with the structure of flat screw transmission have the characteristics of accurate positioning、higher rotating speed and clamp force withstanding.We can dramatically improve work efficiency and save the cost of production by using this product.
